Does your system have 128mb of *free* ram?

My laptop, for example, has 512mb of ram in it, but being a laptop it shares
that memory between the video card and the opeating system via bios settings
that partition part of main memory off as video memory. If I set my video
memory to be 128mb then windows only sees 384mb of memory available.

So if your system does something similar then you might have 128mb of memory
physically installed but if you've set aside 16mb for graphics, say, windows
won't see that amount of memory available.
