Net Send not working after SP2

I cannot use the Net Send command after installing SP2 for XP. I have
disabled firewall and still nothing. Any ideas?
 
"Net Send" uses the service "messenger" which MS has deemed (along with many
others) as security risk and has turned it off by default starting with SP2.
If you need to use Net ????, you'll need to be logged in as administrator
and go to the administrator tools, services, and enable "messenger" service.
