NET SEND in PPC

Hi Fellows,

Does anyone here know of or have any pointers on how to do a NET SEND in PPC
(Windows Mobile 2003) ?

As in NET SEND SomePC HELLO I am a PPC...?

I also cant receive messages from NET SEND from other PCs...how can I
transmit a message to a PPC from a PC ?

As in NET SEND PPC Hello back ?
