build PPC install file

How can I build the setup file(in VS .NET 2003) that run on PC and install
my app to PPC?
 
Good luck!! The article everyone refers to is terrible imho......by the
ratings i'm not alone.
I've been using NSIS which is free and open source
http://nsis.sourceforge.net
