.NET preventing system from entering Standby

Hello All -

I noticed a strange problem recently when trying to put my machine into
standby mode. A window pops up and says ".NET Framework 1.1 Update is
preventing your machine from entering standby" Never noticed this before but
haven't tried to put my system to sleep recently either.
