Net Passport

I can't login without a NET PASSPORT, but when I try to
register, it says I'm already registered. When I try to
login, it tells me my password is incorrect. When I try to
e mail myself information on changing my password, I never
get the e mail. ANY SUGGESTIONS??? I can be contacted at
(e-mail address removed)
