.Net on WinCe 3.0

A prospective client has an Allegro hand held computer running WinCe 3.0. Is
it possible to develop a .Net application to run on this machine?

I have been told that they can upgrade the OS to 4.1 (but not 4.2). Is this
suitable?

CE 3.0 is not supported. 4.1 is.

No, CE 3.0 is not supported unless it's Pocket PC 2000/2002 flavor. CE 4.1
is supported, though.

CE 4.1 can run the Compact Framework, but CE 3 can't (unless it's also a
PocketPC.)
