Net Logon question

I have a client with Windows 2000 and can't login to our
domain the error she is receiving is below. Please respond
ASAP on sugguestion what is causing this error.

The Net Logon service terminated with service-specific
error 5737.

Solution I have tried:
- checked the network connection there is a link
- tried to start the Netlogon service even though it is
set to start automatic.
- check NIC card it is working

Has anything (e.g. service packs, hot fixes) been installed recently? It
sounds like it might be a corrupt system file.
