Windows XP net help with xp

Am using windows xp ,sp2

But everytime am on site like bbc iplayer or wwe ,etc just load for a few sec then stop.

Am using ADSL,pipex 4meg just stop and re-load again.


Any help with this

Is this happening everytime you try go on BBC iPlayer or just at specific times...??

Youtube is fine but anything send to me it slow right down and re-start again.

Got 2 adsl filter one for house phone and one for the net.
