..Net Framework does not install on Vista RC1. Suggestions anyone? Some apps
say that I need the .Net framework to install it. Hence I really need this.
Any help would be appreciated.

..Net 3.0 is part of Vista which also is backwards compatible with 2.0. But
1.1 is not installed. I was able to install 1.1 and the SP1 for it on all
versions of Vista. It will give you a compatibility warning but I haven't
seen any adverse effects so far.
