.NET framework for pocket pc, same as compact framework?

I'm trying to determine which framework I should use for development
for a pocket pc device from Symbol. Is there a framework for pocket pc
or is this the same as the compact framework? Is CE the same thing or
doesn't that term get used anymore? Any help will be great.

If the device uses CE, then it will be .NET CF ( Compact Framework ).

AFAIK .NET framework for devices or CE is known as Compact Framework.

The term CE is used but IMO it means rather platform then specific product ( like PocketPC or Windows Mobile or etc).
