vc#.net for pocket pc program

I would like to know if i use vc#.net to develop my pocket pc program, would
it be hard to deploy to the pocket pc? does the pocket pc need to install
the .net framework before running it? if so, would it be hard to install?

You must Compact Framework to add in VS2002 or present by default in Visual
Studio 2003.
It can build setup program for Pocket PC. Compact Framework must be deployed
on Pocket PC if you want your application to Work.

The new devices come with the compact framework built into them. To do an
eVB app on one of these devices you would have to add run time files but not
for dot.net apps that use the compact framework.
