Compact Framework 2 on Windows CE 4 devices

Hello, I put this post here because I don’t found a Compact Framework group.
If it is the wrong site, please, accept my apologies and move it or tell me
the right forum.

I need to develop an application in Windows CE .Net 4 devices. Actually it
runs .Net Compact Framework 1 applications.

Can I develop and execute .Net Compact Framework 2 applications in this
device?

There’s a patch or upgrade for it?

Thanks and sorry for my bad English!

Hi,

I think the answer is no for WinCE 4. However, WinCE 4.2 devices can be
made to work with CF2. For details see:
