Does any one know of some excellent books on how to correctly use the .net
framework?
Preferrably 3.5. Or, is there a hierarchy chart available from some site? or
both.

My favorites:
"Applied Microsoft .NET Framework Programming" and "CLR via C#" - both by Jeffrey Richter and speaks about .NET framework 1.1 and 2.0 respectivelly.
