Net.Framework 1.1

Hi, I would like to install Net.Framework 1.1 in my Pc but when I run
the application it goes wrong with this message :

Error 1317. an error when try to add a follow directory:
C:/programs file/Internet Explorer

so as I have to install a software that needs this Net.framework install
I can`t know what can I do.

Try this: "You may receive an "Error 1317" error message when you try
to install Visual Studio .NET"
