.NET Framework 1.1?

Hi,

After downloading .NET framework 1.1 which was recommend by Windows Update,
I now have to click on my name at the beginning when Widows start? Only my
name appears at the beginning but if I look into User Accounts I have an
extra account in the name of ASP.NET Machine A...? Is this new account
necessary, why is it there, do I need to keep it, or can I delete it???
