Hello,

My question is when .NET Framework 1.1 WITH SP1 will be available for XP embedded?

Probably not before XPe SP2 release. (Although it would be nice they succeed to implement it in SP2).

In the SP2 tech preview there is a .NET SP1 package.
In the valueadd directory. More exact: C:\Program Files\Windows
Embedded\Installer\disk3\valueadd\msft\prerelease\netfx1.1sp1
