.NET Framework 1.1 Support

Microsoft is claiming the next version of XPE is SP2 and
it will contain Microsoft .NET Framework, version 1.1.
Does SP1 already support this? I would imagine some
people are already using the .NET Framework 1.1. could
someone let me know if it is already available?

Yes you can download it. Also there are many other new QFE's you should
install.
