.NET Framework 1.1 still there.

Hi all there!
I've installed .NET Framework 2.0 and the previous version is still there.
Does anyone know if version 1.1 can be uninstalled?
Thanks for your valuable input.
 
You can but ideally applications run against the version of the Framework
that they were built against. You likely have applications that target the
1.1 Framework on your machine or will in the future. No need to uninstall
the 1.1 Framework.
