.NET distrobution

I'm in the same boat and I'm pretty sure there's no great
solution. We have to wait patiently until "everyone"
has .NET or broadband. It'd be nice if MS at least
offered a broken-into-pieces download. Which I guess we
could provide ourselves, on our own Web sites. If
Microsoft allows us to break up their redist that way,
which I'm not sure about.

In general, I'd discourage you from breaking the .NET Framework redist up
into pieces -- it makes it a lot harder to service (e.g., if we come up with
a patch, it's hard for us to tell what to apply it to if the .NET Framework
has been subsetted).
