.Net Component-One vs .Net InfraGistics

I would like to know your opinions about the two big .Net non-Microsoft .Net
Components: The ComponentsOne and the InfraGistics ?

component one aims to get above the competition by delivering components
rich in design time functionality. Infragistics tends to focus on run-time
functionality.
