Yes, but if you have other CD burner software installed, there may be
problems. Many have been reported on this NG, so I suggest you post a request
for help replacing your existing software with Nero. Roxio CD Creator's
uninstall, for example, does not clean up the registry properly, and remnants
of CD Creator will conflict with Nero.
