Nero DLL file - different versions

I have the file WnASPI32.dll in my Nero Program folder, and it is
164,112 bytes in size. Yet I also see it here:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\WnASPI32.dll
where it is clearly a very old version dated Sep 1999 and is a mere
45,056 bytes.

Is that likely to be a source of problems?
 
Thanks Wes. I'll try once more, but have never had a reply from Nero
in 10 years.
