I use the nero burning program to copy cds. It will not shut down when it is finished burning. It shows 100%, but will not close without rebooting the computer. Thanks!
If you've installed other software since installing Nero, you could try
reinstalling it on top of the Nero that you've already got in there. To the
same, (default unless you changed it during your original install), location
of course.
You may want to visit http://www.nero.com/en/index.html
and have a careful look through the available updates for your version of
Nero, in case there's something there that's relevant for you.
