The following error pops up when I try to backup whole drive "NeroBackItUp
cannot lock the selected partition/hard drive disk because it is locked by
another program." How do I find out what other program has the drive
locked|? Thanks in advance.

By seeing what else you have running in the background. Only you can see
your computer. Do clean-boot troubleshooting:
