neither my cd drive or dvd drive will work

They both quit at the same time. In Device Manager I have the yellow
triangles showing an error. In My Computer it doesn't even show they exist.
In Device Managaer when I go to troubleshoot it says loaded driver but can't
find hardware. Error Code 41. I un-installed both and went to add hardware
but it keeps giving same error. I have shut down computer and unplugged both
drives and repluged but that didn't help either. Please help

Hmmm well that is strange indeed. Have you check in your BIOS to see if they
got disabled somehow?

try one at a time

or using a new cable
