To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

If this helps, read here for further troubleshooting:

I get a similar error on the IE that I posted, and I found
an article (MS Knowledge Base 810887) that may or may not
help you (but it doesn't help me because what they suggest
doesn't appear to be an option).

This article suggests doing one of two things. First, you
can remove "Smart Tags Support for Microsoft Internet
Explorer" by going to the add/remove programs panel in
Control Panel (good luck, that wasn't one of my options.)

Second, it recommends disabling Smart Tags in Internet
Explorer. Go into IE, go to "Tools" select "Internet
Options," go to the "Advanced Tab" and make sure "Enable
Smart Tags" is unchecked. Again, good luck. I don't have
that option in the Advanced tab.

Hope this helps.
