Needs to be password protected...

I am wondering if anyone has pointed out to Microsoft the
need for MS AntiSpyware to be password protected. Clearly
system administrators as well as parents do not want just
anyone messing with the extensive settings in MSAS. Along
with control over all the settings, there is the Erase
Tracks to consider--this could seriously undermine other
protections that may be installed on the computer for the
protection of children, such as internet filters &
monitors.
