Needing help restoring!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have way too much info on my computer and deleting it
seems near impossible is there away to restore windows
factory settings to day one? I ve tried the system restore
and it will not take me back to day one so needing help
thanks...

Reinstall Windows to new location and reinstall apps over the top of their
current locations. Backup your current Windows, IE and OE files.
 
Using your WinXP CD you can format and reinstall WinXP. Get a clean
start.
