Need your help and advice

hello...
i have an application folder in root directory that i cant deleted....
newest your unistoller program....and windows xp add ..remove
option..doesn't see it..
is there any program that allowed me to go directly to the root
directory and point at this unwanted folder?
or is there other way to remove this?

We apparently have a language barrier. I'm not sure what "newest your
unistoller program" means. If this is a legitimate program and you've
used Add/Remove Programs to uninstall it and it left a folder behind,
go into Safe Mode and delete it.

If this is a folder put there by malware, clean up the computer.

Get into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key as the computer is
starting up. This will get you to the right menu. Navigate using your
Up arrow key; the mouse will not work here. Once in Safe Mode, you will
see the normally hidden Administrator account. The default password is
a blank.
