SOLVED Re: PerfectDisk and BootTime defrag problem

Thank you all for your input.

Here is the solution, in case anyone has the same problem.

In my case, the drives in question where an off-line defrag did not
consolidate directories was due to the a simple fact:

Drive name: Games, with one root folder also called Games.
Drive name: Applications, with one root folder also called
Applications.

Renamed the drives to Programs and Games_G, and now the directories
get consolidated. Both at boot-time and online.

It seems that having one root folder with the same name as the drive
prevents PD to consolidate directories.
