EJCHello Guys,

Please Kindly help. Two days ago I downloaded an upgrade of EasyCD creator,
it prompts me for reboot and I click yes, and my computer never starts since
then.
I have tried to open windows with Safe Mode and the other options, I even
try f8 and all the options there nothing happens, the only thing I see is
"Sorry for the inconvinience, a recently installed program may have caused
this."

Please kindly help me, this computer has OEM Windows XP (Home Edition) and I
have no restore CD.

If you do not have a Windows XP installation CD then your options are
somewhat limited.

Try this.

1. Go to http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=310994 and download the
boot diskette images for your specific version of Windows XP. Create
the diskettes and then use these to boot your computer into Recovery
Console mode.

2. Use the registry recovery procedure described at
http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=307545 to restore your computer's
registry to a point that is prior to the install of EasyCD Creator.
