OK, so I was on my Computer when there was a poer outtage, and it stayed out
for a while. Anyways, when I turned my Computer back on when it was over it
would not load because of some failure, so I tried to restore my system using
my installed backup disks, this also said something failed to load or
initialize or something like that. OK, so my computer did not come with a
Windows XP disk so how am I supposed to fix this? I tried to email support
but they want some product key, which i cannot get since my damn computer
wont get past being turned on. Can someone please help me out here, or at
east point me in the right direction, I didnt pay $500 for my sytem to screw
up a month after I bought it.

OK, I'll go into more detail.

When i turn it on and let it run it says this:

Windows could not start because of an error in the software.
Please rport this problem as:
load need DLLs for Kernal

And when I press F8 to start my system Recovery it says this:

INF file textsetup.sif is corrupt or missing, status 30?
Press any key to continue.

Thats all the detail I have, I am currently on an old computer that is crap
and I wouldm love to be able to fix my new one, I mean I only had the thing
for a little over a month before this happened.

Okay, so you have to take the...something...and then you insert it into
the....what ya callit...and then you have to...you know....and it's fixed!

If you ask an intelligent question, you'll get an intelligent answer.

You need to provide the exact errors, as well as the sequence that you
followed to get them.

If it is only a month old I would take it back to the place of purchase
and ask for my money back. If they won't do that, ask the electicity
company for a claim form for damage to your computer from the power
surge.

Seriously consider getting an UPS (uninterruptable power supply) if you
experience frequent power outages. It will keep your computer running
long enough to shut it down properly without damage, and also provide a
robust filter for any fatal surges that may come along.

Try booting and selecting the Last Known Good Configuration option.

How to start your computer by using the Last Known Good Configuration
feature in Windows XP

If that works try using System Restore to restore the system to a point
before the problem arose.

Then take note of the contents of this link:

Check whether your household contents insurance policy cover this risk?

Hope this helps.

Look on your case someplace for your product key sticker.
