Need WMV Editor, please.

I need to clip a scene from one short WMV file and insert it into
another. Is there freeware to do this?

You did not specify what OS you are using. This is important.
If you are using Win XP, then you already have Movie Maker in
your Program Files folder. This program deals really well with
the WMV format to do what you want.
