Hello everyone,
I have searched the groups and I am surprized that there is no obvious
way to see the upload/download activity of each program/process. Using
task manager CPU percentages it is difficult to guess which process is
taking up bandwidth. Any pointers would be appreciated,

Thanks,

LM

Checkout Port Explorer (basic version is free) from DiamondCS
<http://www.diamondcs.com.au/portexplorer/index.php?page=home>. It will show
both current bandwidth, and total volume, for download and upload.
