Need to rerun installation from administrators account, but thats the account i have

When i try to download the yahoo messenger 6.0 it says that i don't have the authority to make system modifications and i need to rerun installation from an administrators account, but that is the account i have!!! Please help!
 
On starting computer,tap the F8 key,select,start windows in safe-mod
with networking,then in log-in screen select administrator.
