Need to remove 'United States of America' from address book entry

when I print individual envelopes, the words 'United States of America'
automatically are included in all my U.S. addresses. How do I remove that
line? Any help will be gratefully accepted.

I presume you're printing addresses from Microsoft Outlook or some
other program - rather than Microsoft Access, the subject of the
microsoft.public.access newsgroup to which you have posted.

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting the software
you're using. You'll get some better help there!

Well, thank you, John. That's certainly a good place to start! I feel pretty
stupid. Didn't realize this Group was only for Microsoft Access. But it seems
to work, and I'll give it a good rating!
