am using Outlook 2000. When addressing envelopes, "United States of America"
is added to the send to address.
Wastes time to delete, how do I shut it off in the software.

Upgrade to Outlook 2003. In OL2000, you have to delete the line from each
address in your address book. When adding an address make sure to put USA in
the bottom line. If you leave it blank the dreaded United states of america
line gets put in automatically.

Oh, baloney. Different versions just use different default settings. You can
configure any version to do what you want. Telling users they have to
upgrade is ex$pensive, misleading advice.
