Heather

Have set up multiple log in/user accounts in Windows XP
Home Edition. Now I am trying to "Manage the way users
log on/off". The below file disables the "Welcome
Screen" and the "Use Fast User Switching". The following
file is stopping me: ckpginashim.dll -- this file is
located in C:\Windows\System32 -- will not allow me to
unistall.

Someone PLEASE HELP!

I had the same problem - with no real reason as to what caused this t
occur... but I fixed it!

I did a system restore - an XP classic solution - to allow the use o
multiple users.
Go to HELP AND SUPPORT - PICK A TASK - UNDO CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTE
WITH SYSTEM RESTORE.

This certainly worked for me - hope it helps you too.
