Need to install new font but don't have Install New Font option.

I need to install "aescrawl" font sent to me via work email. I followed
instructions on double-clicking Fonts under Control Panel, but only got list
of fonts. I don't have Install New Font option under File when in Fonts.
How can I install this font from my email? I tried copying it to my Fonts
folder. It shows that it's there, but I can't activate it when I'm in Word
2000. Please help.
