Need to insert a template with formulas into an existing workbook

Would like to insert a worksheet number 2, and have it autofill information
from sheet 1. Trying to use the =Sheet1!B2. Not working for me!
 
What is it about =Sheet1!B2 that is "not working"?

Nothing returned?

Wrong data returned?

Formula is showing but not results?
