Need to highlight cell

Im wondering, is there a way to have excel highlight the
cell that you are working in. I need a quicker way to
locate which cell my cursor is in. In other words, I want
the active cell to change colors. When I move to another
cell, I want that cell to change and then go back to the
normal color when I select another cell. Thanks.
