Need to delete a user account?

Hello, I am trying to delete a user account on my computer and it is telling me that "object expected" .. is there someway that the user has blocked me out of deleting them? I need to fix this .. so I can delete the user. Please advise! Thanks!!

How about if you logon as administrator in Safe mode? Does it work then?
