I have old PST folder with sent mail in it. I'm doing a clean up of my old
PST mail folder and need to set the PST version of the Sent folder when using
Advanced find. How do I set default of sent items so it always looks in it.
Currently I have to select it evrytime I "find" related itmes".

Sorry, could you explain this in different words? What does "set the PST
version of the Sent folder" mean?

Are you saying you want Advanced Find to always include your Sent Items
folder? Advanced Find's default folder will always be the currently open
folder. As far as I can tell, that's not configurable.

I'll try to be more clear. My current configuration=MS Exchange with Inbox &
Sent items, etc. Old configuration=mail delivery to PST Inbox and it's
associated Sent folder.

I am cleaning up my Old config and since I have 2 Sent folders (PST &
Server) when I am reviewing my old PST message, I also want to "find related
items" which are in my PST sent folder.

Unfortuately the "find related items" is NOT looking in PST Sent. For each
"conversation" the PST Inbox is already selected (in the Advanced Find Dialog
Box), but I have to manually browse and also select PST Sent checkbox to
"find related items". This is cumbersome for 1100 conversations.

I would like to be able to "set" the PST Sent folder and the PST Inbox as
the folders to search.

I don't think that's possible, but have you tried a Search Folder?
