I want to buy a cheapest pocket pc in which i can make application using "sql
ce" plus in that pocket pc i can make printing application using a pocket pc
printer

plz guide me that which is the cheapest pocket pc and its printer i can buy

That is really going to depend on what is available in your locale. Any
Pocket PC from PPC2000 onwards will support Sql CE so just pick whatever you
can find cheapest, you could even buy a used device and you might be able to
pick up a bargain.
Regarding printing, what sort of printer do you want, and what sort of
connection between Pocket PC and printer - serial/Bluetooth etc. This will
affect what Pocket PC you'll need as some dont have hardware serial ports
and may or may not have Bluetooth.

It depends on your location and (a least for us in Eurpe) on the Mobile Phone providers.
In Austria I can get such devices from my MP Provider for less than half the prize by
signing (renewing) a contract.
