Need Stupid Help

Tried to get this info in Help, but no help.

1. Need to change drop down menus to opaque from
transparent.

2. Would like to get rid of arrow on shortcuts.

Your help appreciated.

Chuckle, chuckle: Do you _really_ think anyone is going to be willing to
provide you with "stupid help"?

Menus I'm not sure of, but I like using TweakUI, from MS, to get rid of
the shortcut arrows.
