For some strange reason, this is one of the "hot fixes" that MS will not
post for downloading. They tell you that you need it, but to actually
get it, you have to call MS at a toll number that charges by the minute
(with a minimum charge), speak with a tech, and he has to E-Mail you the
necessary file (as an attachment), they won't post it for downloading.
[They are also supposed to give you the call at no cost for this
particular issue.]

Why they make people jump through these hoops, I'll never know.

Rob G would have better luck getting the file if his E-Mail address was
"real".

I did a google search, found a working link and downloaded the patch. It
worked like a charm!
I agree it should be on windows update site though. Maybe it's not well
tested and that is why.
