TV Tuner Freezes

Does anyone have the file or an easier fix to the problem
of having your TV Card freeze up and noted in this
article? I've tried to find the file "stream.sys" but
have had no luck.

I have been trying to get the fix from microsoft for a week now and no one will respond to me. I paid the $35 for the e-mail support and have had no luck in getting a coherent response. I sited the article number and trhe tech keeps asking me - Is there anything else I can do for you? And I keep responding with - please provide me the fix for my problem.

If anyone gets the patch, please let me know so I can use it on my PC. It is a pain to turn off hyperthreading when I want to start up my tv tuner and watch tv while I work.
