Need some quick help, please!

Anybody else have this problem, or a comment?

I have Microsoft AntiSpyware set for a full scan, every
night at 9. Each time,though, it finds only one -- the
same -- item: IBIS Toolbar. Yet my other spyware utilties
find 20, 30 or 40+ items (AdAware; Spybot S&D; Ewido)
This
happens even when I don't run the other ones (leaving the
field wide open for Microsoft).

Is there something wrong with my settings?

I had "IBIS Toolbar" from a Trojan website. McAfee 9.0
takes this off. However, if you have a variant that is
truely evil (I did), you'll also have to clean it, stop
system restore, re-boot, and start back up system
restore. WinFix2005 and 180search are related to this
Hijacking MS-IE Trojan. I am seeing this more and more.
Verrrrrry annoying to scan a 80gb HDD.
