Need rule for who the mail is "from" when the spammer use ur addy

The spammers have again changed their approach and are now using the "from"
address "Viagra - Official Site" to get around rules and alerts. We need a
way to specify a rule that will pick up what is displayed as the from address
even though that is not the real address.

Why would you need a rule for that? Spam is managed by your Junk Email
Filter and not by rules.
Also, that rule property already exists; with specific words in the sender's
address

No need for something extra. If you never send yourself email, just filter
on the "From You" information. If you do send yourself email, add a unique
tag to the "Subject:" line in the email you send yourself, and put a filter
rule to identify that tag in front of the "From You" filter.
